International society, however, through several thousand years we have developed the opposite view - civilization - a belief in freedom, equal rights and values, natural and balanced relationship between people. Communities, organizations and the international legal system is built on these principles. When the value of anything, especially a war and crime, to be challenged, the same international company needs to meet its obligations and that according to international conventions take on the responsibility and duty to stop the war. It is expected that these same international community to respect its values ​​and legal concepts in dealing with such situations. 

The international community did not do so when Serbia tried to stop the war the independence of other Yugoslav republics after the collapse of the Yugoslav federation in 1991. and 1992. year. On the contrary, the search for solutions adapted to the aggressive conditions - segregation and polarization? While the world 30 years fought against apartheid in South Africa, because it was inhumane and dysfunctional - there are international factors agreed to introduce the same system in a new country in Europe!

When war broke out, avoiding that the institution definitions of crimes, criminals and victims. Instead, everything is presented as a "conflict" or "civil war" where responsibility is divided among the "warring parties". So it was easier to avoid taking a clear position and responsibility that goes with it. The international community - led by the EU, Council of Europe and large nations have also the responsibility to correct this awful mistake with which they allow the agreement to terminate the war, the DPA is functioning as the State Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina almost 16 years. Absolutely everyone can see that it is completely dysfunctional, and to act contrary to its purpose in all areas. Bosnia is in serious stagnation and structural crisis in the country can not get out. Every step that makes the country a step backwards. Several weeks ago it was also highlighted by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Hillary Clinton and William Hague's. Several times it was the conclusion of the EU, Council of Europe, Venice Commission, the Senate in Washington and the Crisis Group. But now he has to start from scratch, given the country a viable new political structure, a new constitution.

Calls on the EU, Britain and the United States to accept this problem and find the right political conditions that can lead this nation forward together in the future. I owe it to the Bosnian people - and it is also vital for the geopolitical stability in the Balkans. This is a matter of international understanding, justice and morality to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
